How We Clean Your Roof
Roof Cleaning Soft Wash
We do NOT pressure wash roofs. We soft wash them.
Instead of blasting the algae away using a pressure washer, we kill it at the root, using an algicide solution. We simply spray it on the roof, coating it in our solution using absolutely zero high pressure.
Within minutes the solution visibly starts working, melting the algae away. Depending on the severity and type of roof we coat it up to 3-4 times to completely kill all of the organic matter on your roof.
After 30 minutes your roof is a night and day difference. At least 95% of the organic material has vanished leaving nothing but the clean new surface of your roof.
What about the other 5 percent?
Because we are killing the algae and not blasting it away, it does take some time (a few days to a week or two) for the last remnant of algae to degrade and vanish. That's why we leave the solution on the roof to continue working and we back our service with a 100% no streak guarantee.
After two weeks if there's any remaining streaks or algae we will retreat the roof completely FREE!

Pressure vs Soft Wash
While pressure washing a roof would cause damage, soft washing is the professional and safe way to clean your roof. There is no pressure washing involved in a soft wash. Soft washing involves spraying a solution that sterilizes and kills organic growth so that you don't have to blast it away with high pressure. Not only is this safer on materials like a roof but it also last much longer and does a better job because it actually kills the algae instead of just blasting it.
